Indiabulls Housing Finance raises Rs 1030 crores

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd on the 18th of May said it has raised Rs 1030 crore by issuing bonds on the basis of a private placement. 

The Company on May 18 allotted 10,300 secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating Rs 1030 crore, on the private placement basis, the company said on a regulatory filing.

The coupon rate on the bonds with a three-year tenor is 9.10% per annum.
