Nifty futures on Singapore Exchange-traded 73.75 points, or 0.71% higher at 10,470.30, in signs that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Thursday.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone: 
The company is set to raise about $1 billion in overseas bonds with up to 30-year maturity in the first long-term insurance by an  India company since the lockdown began. The bond sale is expected in July itself.  

Axis Bank: The private lender could raise as much as $1.2billion through an equity share sale and join a growing list of Indian banks taking advantage of galloping shares prices to ring-fence their balance sheet from Covid-19 related stress.

Coal India: The production of Coal India declined by 12.8% to 39.20 million tonnes in June compared to 44.95 MT of coal in June last year, the state-run miner said on Wednesday.

YES Bank: YES Bank is likely to appeal to a higher court after a single-judge bench of the Bombay High Court has declined interim relief to the private lender against the promoters of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd from selling their shares in the company, ET reported citing people familiar with the decision.

Uflex: The packaging company has reported a 43.30% rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 100.90 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31,2020 helped by volume growth.

Emami Realty: The company's consolidated net loss in March quarter widened to Rs 19.14 crore as compared to the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Somany Ceramics: Birla Sun Life Insurance Co sold 2,27,000 shares of Somany Ceramics at Rs 117.80 per share on Wednesday.

GMM Pfaudler: The glass-lined equipment supplier to the pharmaceuticals sector controlled by the US-based Pfaudler Inc, said it will acquire French ain't De Dietrich Process System's Indian facility into the production of glass-lined equipment located at Hyderabad for 6.25 million Euros.

Hero MotoCorp: The country's largest two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp on Wednesday reported 26.88% dip in sale last month at 4,50,744 units as compared to the same period of last year.

Ashok Leyland: Hinduja group flagship firm reported an 81% decline in total vehicle sales at 2,394 units in June. The company had sold 12,810 units in the same month last year, Ashok Leyland said in a regulatory filing.

Mahindra & Mahindra: Home-grown auto major reported a steep 55% fall in total sales at 19,358 units in June.

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories: The generic drug maker Dr has partnered with the Japanese pharma giant Fujifilm Toyama Chemical and Global Response Aid for development, manufacture, and sale of the antiviral drug Avigan tablets for the potential treatment of Covid-19.  

Orient Green Power: Bessemer India Capital once again sold shares in Orient Green Power Co. On Wednesday, it sold 131,69,304 shares at Rs 2.80 per share. It held a 13.16% stake in the company sat the end of March quarter.
